“DON’T JUST GET USED TO PAIN BECAUSE PAIN IS THE NO. 1 CAUSE OF DISABILITY.
IT HAPPENED TO OTHERS AND YOU ARE NOT AN EXCEPTION! ~ Shak

Medically speaking; pain is an unpleasant sensation that usually indicates stiffness, injury, or illness. Pain is your body's method of informing you that things aren't quite right. This is what pain is for! Pain is also designed to make you feel uneasy so that if you feel discomfort, hurt, or sick, you'll realize you need to do something (or stop doing something).

MAJOR TYPES OF PAIN ARE AS FOLLOWS:

  • Musculoskeletal Pain.
  • Neuromuscular Pain.
  • Psychogenic Pain.

WHAT IS CAUSALITY CARE’S THERAPY METHOD AND HOW OUR TREATMENT IS DIFFERENT?
We are a “Holistic Wellness & Pain Management Specialist”! We discover, solve, and eliminate your most root issues instead of using temporary remedies like painkillers, anti-inflammatories, steroid injections, or putting you through weeks (often months, even years) of physical therapy.

The Ayurvedic methods we use today have been developed and practiced over 5,000 years and recognized to get amazing results. Our therapy has proven to relieve your pain and discomfort in the shortest period possible!

We use a combination of Pulse Examination (Nadi Pariksha), “Direct Tissue Mobilization, “Ischemic Pressure (trigger point pain pattern)” and a variety of modalities on the areas directly and indirectly causing problems to relieve “Skeletomuscular, Neuromuscular & Psychogenic Pain”. Also, our therapy session will increase the range of motion because we use very precise techniques to stretch your body in a safe environment.

WHAT DO WE DO THAT GETS RID OF YOUR PAIN AND AVOIDS FUTURE INJURIES?
Causality Care’s therapy focuses on the tissue that holds your body together: your “Fascia or Soft Tissue”.

When you overuse or hurt your muscles, they contract or shrink to the point that you can't move or feel discomfort while trying to move them.

Without our treatment, your muscles will be kept shortening and get more contracted than it was before. In general, to avoid discomfort you will stop using those painful muscles and other muscles will be used to achieve safe movement, In doing so your other muscles will be compensating and causing further temporary or permanent damage to your body.

Not using your whole body to perform daily life activities, eventually will result in a lack of range of motion and you will not be able to use that muscle or group of muscles the same way you once could before.

Our therapy will lengthen your fascia (soft tissue) so that your muscles can take their original shape. This prevents your muscles from pulling painfully at any of their attachments and doing so your body will be pain-free!

Explaining each element of the techniques used in our therapy is simply beyond the scope of this writing but one of the most important techniques we use to heal your pain is called “Vasodilatation”!

WHAT IS VASODILATION?
Vasodilation is the widening of blood vessels. It results from the relaxation of smooth muscle cells within the vessel walls, in particular in the large veins, large arteries, and smaller arterioles. The process is the opposite of vasoconstriction, which is the narrowing of blood vessels. ~ (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vasodilation).

In simple words: due to overuse of the muscles and/or getting injured, blood gets trapped in and around the muscle resulting in a lack of blood circulation. Vasodilation is an essential and effective technique to help circulate blood throughout the body to relieve pain and bring back the range of motion.

If our (or any) pain-relieving treatment is performed without Vasodilation there will be a negative impact on your body like an increase in pain, permanent tissue damage & damage to the capillaries resulting in further restrictions in range of motion.

IMPORTANT DECISION-MAKING ELEMENTS IN THE PROCESS OF  “VASODILATION”!

  • Amount of Pressure.
  • Angel / Direction of Pressure.
  • Proper Use of Gravity / Anti-Gravity.
  • Proper Use of Body Mechanics.
  • Near Perfect Timing.

HOW FREQUENTLY VASODILATION IS PERFORMED?
Based on an individual’s pain severity, goals, and needs; Vasodilation must be performed in 3, 6, 9, 12, etc. therapy sessions. There must be at least 12 12-hour gap between 2 sessions for the Human Body's System to adapt and accept the treatment.

Through knowledge, experience, and positive feedback from our hundreds of satisfied clients; we are certain that your muscles and fascia will be extended at the end of our therapy session, restoring your range of motion, appropriate blood supply, and lymphatic drainage to the problem regions that have been worked on. Bringing back a smile on your face after every session is our ultimate goal with you!
